- Has the glass face of your watch got dings and dents in it? Want it to look brand new again? Here is the easiest way to get it looking just as good as new

Almost all of us wear wristwatches. And I personally like to change mine nearly every day. I have a whole set of stainless steel, dual toned and even pure gold watches that I interchange according to occasions .But I do have a selection of collectors pieces of acrylic faced watches which are quirky and kitschy but I personally love them to bits. They are all shaped like Disney characters and one personal favorite is Cinderella shaped. I would really like to make sure that they remain in pristine condition but that’s not really possible. I am a little clumsy too so a part of the glass surface of nearly every watch is dinged and dented and scratched too. Although I do get the glass face of my expensive watches changed at the jewelers, it’s easy to do this nearly every time the glass gets scratched!

The acrylic watches however are another story all together. Plastic watch crystals get scratched very easily and they cannot be replaced easily. Quite a few of the watch sets seemed to be manufactured with fused cases and that means watchmakers cannot remove the clear glass crystal on the watches. I’ve lost quite a few of my acrylic watches for this same reason.  And of course, it means although I love my cartoon character watches, I cannot wear them too often irrespective of how much I love them. But now watchmakers have found that they can polish the glass crystal over the watch by using Polywatch.  This is a great multipurpose polishing paste which allows customers and watchmakers to polish the plastic glass facing of watches by themselves with a minimum of effort
All we had to do was polish the surface of the acrylic watch with a soft cloth and the Polywatch Glass Polish. Deeper scratches could do with ten minutes while ordinary dings and dents vanished in a few minutes. I’m very happy; I can finally wear my quirky watches all over the place!
